Melissa remembers first stepping on her mat almost 12 years ago. Young, inexperienced with life, and thinking she knew who she was. Then came love, family (three young girls), and the busy lifestyle... like many, she began to feel lost. Even though her life was full of everything she wanted, she still felt like something was missing.
Feeling more alive after yoga classes, she noticed the clarity and her ability to be more present at the moment. Her body craved being on the mat so much she began to dive into philosophy and roots of yoga. She fell in love with yoga... and she fell in love with herself again! The friendships and community she gained inspired her to complete her 200-hour certification. She is grateful and feels honored for all the opportunities to support her fellow yogis alongside her mentors.

We will practice close to the park. Everyone welcome. The fee is by donation (suggested donation $7.00 to $15.00 per person)
